We were delighted when local estate and letting agents, Sharman Quinney made a wonderful donation of £1,580, raised from a raffle at their Top Achievers Awards night, held virtually on 6th February 2021.

Every year Sharman Quinney hold their awards night for their colleagues and partners in celebration of their commitment and hard work. This year the event was hosted by IBM video and live streamed to 143 guests. Hosted by Jeremy Collins (Training Director) and Mike Sharman (owner), the event was a great success, with lots of guests utilising the live chat feature to congratulate all the winners. 27 awards were given out, with all winners being given an amazing trip to Barcelona. In addition, the guests were incredibly generous and raised £1,580 for their local mental health charity via an online raffle. Prizes included an Echo Dot, cases of wine, Cote at home voucher and a fitness tracker watch.

Mike Shaman said, “We are so pleased to be supporting CPSL Mind. We all appreciate how difficult it has been for people during the pandemic and having an organisation people can reach out to when they are struggling with their mental health is so important. CPSL Mind do incredible work and we are extremely proud to be supporting them.”

Zoe Doherty, Fundraising Consultant said, “We are so happy to have Sharman Quinney as our charity partner. We have seen an increase in local people needing our support as a direct result of Covid-19. This donation will support a range of services across our communities, including out-of-hours mental health crisis support, community wellbeing activities, peer support, campaigns and training. Congratulations to everyone who won on the night and a huge thank you to everyone who gave so generously.”
