Our team of experienced trainers work flexibly and supportively with individuals, organisations and businesses to increase mental health knowledge and skills in our local community.

All of our income goes towards funding the work of our charity including direct services for people recovering from mental health problems in Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and South Lincolnshire.

For all

Course length: 2 days

Approximately one in four people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year.

This Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training course will provide you with an understanding of common mental health problems and how to support somebody in distress. You will leave the course as a certified mental health first aider with accompanying handbook.

This Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training course will provide you with an understanding of common mental health problems and how to support somebody in distress. You will receive a certificate and handbook on completing the course.

Mental health first aid

Course length: 1.5 hours

Supporting others with their mental health can be challenging even if you’ve received Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training previously.

This workshop provides support to trained Mental Health First Aiders, offering a space to share best practice and explore issues and trends.

Course length: 6 hours

Experiencing stress is a normal part of life but if it becomes overwhelming these feelings can begin to present a problem.

This course will provide you with a greater understanding of stress and provide you with strategies to build your personal resilience.

Mental health first aid

Course length: 4 hours

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) develops over time and it is important that first aiders update their training every three years to perform their role safely and effectively.

This course will update your knowledge of mental health support and refresh your skills to ensure you’re equipped for the role.

Taking steps to increase personal resilience can help us to deal with pressure and reduce the impact of stress on our lives.

This short session will give you a better understanding of personal resilience and provide you with tips to strengthen your own.
