Our team of experienced trainers work flexibly and supportively with individuals, organisations and businesses to increase mental health knowledge and skills in our local community.
Our training income helps support funding the work of our charity and helping people recovering from mental health challenges and the wider community to live well.
Course length: One hour per topic
At CPSL Mind, we know that every business and every team is different. It’s therefore really important to create bespoke and tailored training to suit your needs. We have such an extensive portfolio of courses at CPSL Mind and that’s why our Build A Bundle Course can be carefully curated to cover multiple topics, helping to upskill and grow your teams training and development.
Course length: 2 hours
Fullscope has trained the CPSL Mind team to deliver this workshop. This training have been co-produced with young people with lived experience. This isn’t a professionals view of what adults need to know, and must do, when working with a young person who is experiencing self-harm. It is so much more than that. The content, the film, the voiceovers, the lived experience, and the passion for making a change, all come from young people.
Course length: 2 days in person only
This interactive, discussion-based course is designed to strengthen understanding of trauma-informed practice and, more specifically, how collaborative communication support this practice. Participants will consider the importance of leading conversations with compassion, empathy and empowerment, as well as learning ways of putting effective communication into practice.
Course length: 3 hours
Gain a solid understanding of mental health and wellbeing on this introductory course. Learn how to identify signs of stress and common mental health problems as well as how to maintain positive mental health for yourself and others.

We deliver National Mind courses to enable participants to equip themselves with the skills and knowledge to look after their own mental health and support others.

Course length: 6 hours
Communication is key in supporting people with their mental health, especially when they are in distress. As well as providing information to develop your awareness of mental health challenges such as stress and low mood, this course will enable you to build trust with people on calls and provide you with some techniques that can empower those who you are supporting to prioritise their own wellbeing.
