Peer Discharge Buddy

Being a ‘buddy’ can help to support someone through the transition period and promote their independence when settling back in at home. As a Peer Discharge Buddy, you will:

  • Share own lived experience of mental health challenges
  • Provide weekly support, either over the phone, online or in person
  • Deliver interventions/support sessions to the individual (full training will be provided)
  • Provide emotional support
  • Provide practical support
  • Help the individual to make connections with their local communities (e.g. our Good Life Service)

Perinatal Project Worker

We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed and passionate Perinatal Project Worker for our exceptionally highly regarded service working with pregnant women and new mums who are experiencing (or are at risk of experiencing) mental health issues.

Good Life Facilitator

We are seeking a Good Life Facilitator who will facilitate our strengths-based wellbeing activities within the rural South Lincolnshire communities. Working closely with local GP surgery teams and Social Prescribers, you will also play a key role in connecting and empowering individuals across the community to develop their own wellbeing activities around the ‘Five Ways to Wellbeing’.
