Community Conversation Facilitator
We are looking for people to join our project team to help us understand how people who became fathers aged 18-35 connect with mental health or support services during pregnancy or after the birth of a child(ren). This is a paid opportunity for young fathers from Peterborough who want to talk to other members of their community. The role will involve having conversations with other people who became fathers aged between 18-35, writing notes and feeding back their experiences.

Head of Influence and Participation
We are currently seeking a Head of Influence and Participation to drive our strategic Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) ambitions. This new role will lead on the development and delivery of an internal and external Influence & Participation strategy, in line with CPSL Mind’s organisational strategy, including development, coaching and management of our Influence and Participation team.
