What is Workplace Wellbeing Consultancy?

Our workplace wellbeing consultancy offer is a whole-organisational approach that will equip you to create a culture of positive mental health and wellbeing in your workplace. We offer your organisation simple ways to a develop healthy and inclusive workplace by providing practical, evidence-based consultancy support and training to nurture employee mental health and wellbeing.

Our workplace wellbeing survey is your starting point: a heat-mapping tool to establish your organisation’s existing culture, enabling you to gain baseline insights to navigate the ever-changing landscape, track progress, allocate resources effectively and maximise your return on investment.

The workplace wellbeing survey is anonymous, to be shared with all staff and covers the following areas:

Next comes a strategy and action planning session with senior leaders, discussing the workplace wellbeing survey results, holding a mirror up to your organisation.

Working alongside your leadership team, our training and consultancy team support with the development of a new wellbeing strategy or improve the existing approach.
