How we help

Each year we support thousands of local people with their mental health. From crisis support and counselling to informal opportunities to connect with others, take a look at how we help.

Good Life Service

Our Good Life Service offers a range of accessible options for community based wellbeing support and connection throughout Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. This includes weekly Good Mood Cafes and Open Door calm spaces, Peer Support Groups, online wellbeing support and more.

Changing Lives Talking Therapies

Looking for help with anxiety or tackling difficult emotions? If so, making a self-referral to access our range of talking therapies could be for you.

Our professional Changing Lives team of counselling and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) therapists can help you learn to manage and improve your wellbeing.

Supporting New Mums

Becoming pregnant or being a new mum is a life changing experience and we’re here to support your mental health at this time.

Our Supporting New Mums service provides support, tools and opportunities to connect with fellow new mums to help you stay emotionally healthy on your motherhood journey.

South Lincolnshire

Find out more about our plans to support the provision of mental health and wellbeing services in South Lincolnshire, as we take our first steps towards working collaboratively in the area.

The Sanctuary

If you are experiencing an emotional or mental health crisis, there are people who can help you.

Our mental health sanctuaries in Cambridge and Peterborough provide safe spaces for individuals referred via the NHS First Response Service on 111, option 2.

We campaign across our community to raise awareness, increase understanding and challenge the stigma and discrimination faced by so many people experiencing mental health challenges.

Our award-winning suicide prevention campaign, STOP Suicide, and our wellbeing campaign for young people, Stress LESS, aim to educate and empower.

Real Life Stories

Through our services, we directly support thousands of people each year to encourage positive mental health.

Read just a handful of inspirational stories from those we support which highlight the impact support services and community connectivity have on people’s lives.
