WorkWell Screening & Partnerships Coordinator

The WorkWell Screening and Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for carrying out an initial assessment for individuals referred to the service against defined WorkWell criteria. Based on this assessment they will assign the individual to a WorkWell Coach or connect them with an appropriate partner organisation. This will ensure that individuals receive personalised support and guidance to address disabilities or health barriers, helping them to enter, return to, or stay in employment.
