Peer Discharge Buddy

We are seeking peer Discharge buddies to support individuals being discharged from mental health hospitals (Fulbourn & Edith Cavell) and crisis teams.  We know that being discharged from hospital can be a tough time, when people may need more emotional and practical support. Being a ‘buddy’ can help to support someone through the transition period and promote their independence when settling back in at home. You can hear more about our discharge buddy service and the impact it has had here.
