Free ‘Workplace wellbeing in a hybrid working world’ training

The theme of Mental Health Awareness Week this year is loneliness. To support workplaces with hybrid working in which staff can feel disconnected or lonely, CPSL Mind Training Service are offering one-hour long taster sessions designed for managers to help them better support their team with hybrid working and to be proactive around wellbeing.

If you’re a manager, supervisor or team lead that wants to understand how to better navigate the hybrid working world and learn how to support your team’s wellbeing, our taster session will provide you with tools and knowledge to:

  • Understand the risk factors related to stress and anxiety in a hybrid work environment

  • Recognise the signs of overwhelming stress in themselves and their team

  • Manage staff in ways that help prevent overwhelm and ‘burnout’
