“Becoming a parent is both rewarding and challenging. Alongside the joy of welcoming a baby, many parents experience emotional, practical, and relationship changes that can feel overwhelming.

At CPSL Mind, our Perinatal Team supports families during pregnancy and early parenthood through groups, courses, and tailored support designed to improve wellbeing, confidence, and connection.

We are pleased to share our Autumn 2026 programme and the support available across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.”
