Exploring the topic of overthinking is the aim of Cambridge local Sara Parodi’s project ‘How Many Times’ with her creation of a zine which she has made available to buy.  

Street artist Nathan Murdoch is set to transform a row of unsightly garage doors by painting portraits of inspirational people to help raise awareness of mental health.

It is a fundraising bonanza at Perkins Engines Company Limited this spring and summer with both their employees and Young Professionals taking part in tasty and daring activities.

The world’s largest inflatable 5k course is coming to Peterborough with 32 gigantic obstacles, combined with five pumping music zones to motivate you around the course. Join us on on Saturday 10th December 2022 (9.00am – 2.00pm).

A very grey start on the morning of Sunday 6th March 2022 turned out to be a spectacular event day for our team. With a team of over 40 runners taking part in this year’s TTP Cambridge Half Marathon, an outstanding £19,000 was raised to support us.  

Bourne local, Nathan Reeves, will not be sitting still for long this month as he attempts to do 3000 sits ups and 3000 push ups throughout February to regain his fitness and raise funds.

Munters, global leaders in climate control and dehumidification are partnering with us throughout 2022. The affiliation aims to raise awareness of the importance of mental health in the workplace while raising essential funds to support our work in the local community. 

The event coincides with Blue Monday to highlight the importance of communication and community in combatting mental health concerns.
