Bear and Cub – Baby, Parent and Adult Wellbeing host a wellbeing and relaxation session in aid of CPSL Mind

Join us for a wellbeing and relaxation session organised by Bear and Cub – Baby, Parent and Adult Wellbeing.

Are you looking for a wellbeing and relaxation session in your local community? You can sign up for the Wellbeing, Mindfulness, and Relaxation session on Sunday, 17th March 11:30 am – 12:30 pm organised by Chloe Bland, the owner of Bear and Cub – Baby, Adult and Parent Wellbeing.

When asked about the Bear and Cub – Baby, Adult and Parent Wellbeing event, Chloe said, “I initially started this as a hobby, something just for me, a focus, other than being a ‘Mum’. This decision led me to where I am today, in a job which I love, putting myself and mental health first.”

She further shares what motivated her to facilitate these sessions, “I have suffered with PTSD, anxiety and depression following baby loss and can honestly say these groups have helped me on many different levels as well as offering a safe space for others.”

Why CPSL Mind?

Having previously struggled with her mental health, Chloe reveals the reason why she chose to fundraise for CPSL Mind, “My personal experience is the reason for choosing CPSL Mind, I am a HUGE advocate of promoting our own mental health and importance of taking care of ourselves. This is also the reason I have embarked on my wellbeing journey.”

How will the Wellbeing, Mindfulness and Relaxation session benefit me?

Signing up for this event is not only a chance to have a positive start to the week, but it can also help you to reflect and recharge. Individuals who will be taking part in the group activity can get the following benefits:

  • Relieve pain, stress and tension
  • Build confidence
  • Empower you to control and manage your anxiety
  • Grow self-belief
  • Relax and meditate
  • Learn different breathing techniques
  • Promote your wellbeing
  • Take time out for yourself

Talking about her sessions, Chloe goes on to say, “The sessions I hold are not just a ‘class’, they are a community. A place we all share, connect and support each other.”

How can you sign up?

You can sign up for the Wellbeing, Mindfulness and Relaxation session through the Bear and Cub – Baby, Adult and Parent Wellbeing website. If you decide to attend, you’ll be able to tuck in delicious cakes and drinks, which will be provided by the local bakers after the session.
