We are calling out to employers, HR Managers and those with responsibility for people development in the workplace. We are asking for just five minutes of your time to help shape further development of our training services.
At least one in six workers experience common mental health problems[1], including anxiety and depression. Research shows work is the biggest cause of stress in peoples’ lives. Emerging information on living during a global pandemic, shows evidence of an increase in anxiety and low wellbeing and greater reporting of psychological distress[2]. This was before lockdown two, when even the adjustments to a new way of working are begin to strain.
“At CPSL Mind we really value our relationships and work with our local businesses. The training we offer helps to ensure that employees are able to work in an environment that supports wellbeing and enables everyone to have honest conversations about any mental health challenges”, says Kate Beed, Head of Training & Development.
“However, we recognise that the challenges of the past year may well have changed the way you work or increased your concerns about wellbeing in the workplace. To that end, it would help us to help you if we could understand what your training needs might be over the next year or so. Please could you take a few minutes to support us by completing the questionnaire”.
We campaign for better mental health and suicide safer communities across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, working collaboratively across communities and health systems.
The questionnaire takes just five minutes to complete and can be found here https://bit.ly/3nhYMiJ or via our Training page.
