The Youth Guarantee Facilitator will be based in the Peterborough Youth Hub at Weston Homes Stadium, home of Peterborough United. They will work closely with colleagues from other organisations to support young people, aged 18-25, in moving toward education, employment or training.
The facilitator will offer group and one to one support to develop personalised action plans that improve mental health and reduce anxiety related to work or education.
