This is a two-day Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course. Become a certified Mental Health First Aider (MHFAider®) with CPSL Mind and gain the confidence to support others.
MHFA provides attendees with the skills to:
1. Recognise the signs of poor mental health
2. Have the confidence to start a conversation
3. Create an action plan
4. Know where to signpost for further support
