Lifeline – an extended helpline for unsettling times, call 0808 808 2121

Lifecraft’s Lifeline helpline for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough provides a listening ear, to discuss issues affecting mood & wellbeing especially during this time.

Lifecraft’s Lifeline helpline for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough provides a listening ear, to discuss issues affecting mood & wellbeing especially during this time.

The line is available Monday to Friday, 11am-11pm and weekends 2pm-11pm (including Bank Holidays).

We can help address issues around feeling isolated, lonely and for mild to moderate anxiety and low mood. We can support you to find self-help or signpost to other partners for particular concerns; about caring for others, parents or bereavement for example. The line is open to adults 18+.

Your call will be answered by trained professionals from CPSL Mind, local NHS mental health services or our partner charity Lifecraft* and is supported by a wide range of organisations and charities that have specific or specialist knowledge.

To provide the best possible service you may be asked for a few personal details, these are stored securely and only shared with a partner organisation to get the support you need. If so, we will always let you know what we want to share and with whom – and will ask your permission to do so.

*In response to the pandemic we have come together to provide an extended service complementing the Lifeline helpline. Lifeline has been run by Lifecraft for more than twenty years, providing confidential support for those in mental health distress.
