CPSL Mind was delighted this week to receive a wonderful cheque for £450 from the Fenland Farmers Lodge 9933. The money was raised through a variety of fundraising events during 2019.

David Coupland (Worshipful Master 2018/19) said, “It is important that we support local charities. Anyone can struggle with their mental health but we know that farmers are particularly high risk due to the stresses and uncertainty involved with the job. We are therefore delighted to be supporting our local mental health charity and we hope our contribution will help people get the support they need.”

Zoe Doherty, Fundraiser for CPSL Mind said, “We were so pleased to receive this donation. In 2018/19 we provided more than 21,400 hours of one to one support locally, including more than 6,800 hours of talking therapies. Demand for our services remains high and this donation will enable us to help even more people in need of mental health support. A huge thank you to David and all the members for choosing us to support.”
