This is a two-day Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course. Become a certified Mental Health First Aider (MHFAider®) with CPSL Mind and gain the confidence to support others.

MHFA provides attendees with the skills to:

1. Recognise the signs of poor mental health

2. Have the confidence to start a conversation

3. Create an action plan

4. Know where to signpost for further support

The workplace has changed and hybrid working is here to stay. This course addresses how managers and professionals can seamlessly adapt to new ways of working, whilst supporting themselves and keeping their staff engaged. Focusing on understanding the role of mental health in the workplace, this training provides evidence-based knowledge and skills to manage wellbeing within teams.
