Mental health first aid training – refresher

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA®) develops over time and it is important that first aiders update their training every three years to perform their role safely and effectively.

This course will update your knowledge of mental health support and refresh your skills to ensure you’re equipped for the role. Additionally, you’ll gain unlimited access to support, learning, online events, digital tools through the MHFAider® Support App® for 3 years.

What you will learn

Just as with physical first aid, Mental Health First Aid (MHFA®) develops over time and it is important that first aiders update their training every three years to perform their role safely and effectively.

This course will provide you with up-to-date knowledge of mental health support and will refresh your skills to ensure you’re equipped to support others. You will have the opportunity to practice applying the Mental Health First Aid action plan.

This course can host a minimum of 8 people and a maximum of 16.

Trained Mental Health First Aiders looking to refresh and update their skills and knowledge.
