Victim and Witness Support Service Facilitator

In partnership with the Victim & Witness Hub and funded by the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, the Victim and Witness Support Service is a small team delivering trauma informed telephone-based support to victims and witnesses whose mental health and wellbeing has been impacted by a crime which will include: • Guided self-help tools • ‘Warm handovers’ to relevant community based services • Personalised wellbeing plans • Resilience building strategies The role will be subject to satisfactory DBS and Police checks

Access and Inclusion Worker

Connect to Work is delivered in partnership with Cambridgeshire County Council and other specialist providers to ensure individuals receive support and guidance to support them to enter, return to, or stay in work. The Connect to Work Access and Inclusion Worker is a key role within the project, with a focus on building and developing connections and partnerships at a community level to raise awareness and understanding of the Connect to Work programme, resulting in achieving referral targets. This role will: ? Be embedded in the community, building relationships and connections with a wide range of stakeholders at a ground level, including Neighbourhood teams, voluntary sector organisations, community groups and businesses to meet access number targets and drive equitable access ? Engage employers to support individuals to stay in work and create job opportunities ? Represent CPSL Mind and the wider organisation at a wide range of stakeholder and community events, promoting and building awareness of the Connect to Work programme ? Support the collection of data and impact stories required for reporting against key performance indicators.

WorkWell Personal Budget Co-ordinator

The Work Well program supports people who are struggling to maintain employment or have recently lost their employment due to health challenges. Work Well Coaches may request the allocation of a personal support budget, this post holder will ensure that individual budgets and the fund as a whole are managed within the parameters of the project. Working across the Work Well Team, other stakeholders and the CPSL Mind Finance Team, the post holder will monitor spending against personal support budgets, including matching of invoices or receipts to individual spends. They will monitor the total allocation of personal budgets and prepare monthly invoices to the program funders, alongside additional administration, research of and procurement of services and reporting across the county.

Trainer

We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed and passionate Trainer to deliver training courses for CPSL Mind Training Services. The courses include STOP Suicide, Mental Health Awareness, Managing Mental Health in the Workplace, Trauma Informed Communications.

Crisis Recovery Worker

The successful post holder will work between 4.30pm and 11.30pm, on a 2 week rota, within a small team and will: • provide practical and emotional one to one support to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. • listen with empathy and without judgement and support individuals in distress to find ways to make their current situation more manageable. • support individuals accessing the service to develop self-management strategies, making best use of their own strengths and community resources.
