12 Days of Festive Activities Challenge

This festive season, we’re inviting everyone in our community to get moving in whatever way feels good to you, all while raising vital funds to support CPSL Mind’s mental health services.

Whether you love to run, walk, skip, dance, cycle, or dream up your own unique activity, the challenge is entirely yours to design.
Any distance, any time of day, over 12 days during the festive period — you’re completely in control.

Take part solo, get together with friends or family, or form a team. Every mile, step, or joyful jump helps shine a light on mental health and raises essential funds for our work.

How to get involved

  1. Choose your 12-day activity challenge

  2. Set a fundraising goal

  3. Get moving in whatever way makes you feel good

  4. Let us know what you’re taking on!
