Connect To Work Access and Inclusion Worker - Based in the community, working in the Fenland area, with hybrid working option
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, start and finish times will be variable in accordance with the needs of the organisation.
- Scale point 15 £27,113.00 per annum
The successful applicant will have specific duties and responsibilities as detailed below: Stakeholder and Community Relationships: - Build high quality relationships and connections with a wide range of stakeholders and community partners at a ground level, including Neighbourhood teams, voluntary sector organisations, community groups and businesses
- Engage employers to support individuals to stay in work and create job opportunities
- Represent CPSL Mind and the wider organisation at a wide range of stakeholder and community events, promoting and building awareness of the Connect to Work programme
Access: - Meet ambitious access number targets, driving equitable access and targeting areas of underrepresentation
- Maintain a strong knowledge of CPSL Mind services and other local service providers and community groups
- Work closely with broader CPSL Mind teams, including the Economic Inclusion team
Monitoring and Evaluation: - Support the collection of data and impact stories required for reporting against key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records.

- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively and build strong professional relationships with a diverse range or stakeholders, including individuals, employers and healthcare providers.
- Qualification: Mathematics and English (Minimum GCSE level 4 or equivalent)
- Excellence in the use of Microsoft 365 applications including, Sharepoint, Excel and Word.

- Understanding of employment legislation and welfare/benefits
- Understanding of risk management and protection of vulnerable adults.
