Our team of experienced trainers work flexibly and supportively with individuals, organisations and businesses to increase mental health knowledge and skills in our local community.

All of our income goes towards funding the work of our charity including direct services for people recovering from mental health problems in Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and South Lincolnshire.

As a manager, you have a responsibility to take care of the wellbeing your staff. As an employer, equipping your line managers for the job is an important business priority because wellbeing impacts on a range of issues from productivity to organisational culture.

This course equips managers to have meaningful conversations with staff about wellbeing and instils the knowledge to reduce the impact of work related stress.

This course will provide you with a greater understanding of stress and provide you with strategies to build your personal resilience.

This short session will give you a better understanding of personal resilience and provide you with tips to strengthen your own.

Suicidal thoughts are more common than you might think – one in five people in the UK will experience suicidal thoughts in their lifetime.

This talk will provide you with an overview of how to identify a person at risk of suicide, talk openly about suicide and help a person at risk to stay safe. Importantly, you will also be equipped to look after your own wellbeing.
