Trauma Informed Communication
This interactive, discussion-based course is designed to strengthen understanding of trauma-informed practice and, more specifically, how collaborative communication support this practice. Participants will consider the importance of leading conversations with compassion, empathy and empowerment, as well as learning ways of putting effective communication into practice.

Communication is key in supporting people with their mental health, especially when they are in distress.
