Stop Smoking Specialist Support
We all cope with challenges differently. For some, smoking becomes a way to manage difficult feelings or get through the day.
This pilot, funded by Cambridgeshire County Council, is delivered by a dedicated CPSL Mind team. Our goal is to help people quit smoking while maintaining good mental health, improving physical health, and achieving financial benefits.
How we help
- Behavioural support alongside effective medication options
- Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT)
- Free vapes and a 12-week supply through the government’s Swap to Stop scheme
- Prescription medications (if clinically suitable), such as Varenicline or Cytisine
- Peer Support groups (coming soon)
Individuals aged 18+ living in Cambridgeshire (excluding Peterborough) who meet any of the following:
- Already accessing CPSL Mind services
- CPSL Mind employees
- Individuals who have had a SMI (Severe Mental Illness) health check
This service is available by professional referral only.
Please speak to the CPSL Mind Trusted Professional who is already supporting you, or the health professional who carried out your SMI health check, and they can refer you directly.
