World Mental Health Week 5-10 October 2015

Monday 5 October 2015

This week, Mind in Cambridgeshire is working with Public Health, and the Library service at Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC), to celebrate World Mental Health Week, culminating in World Mental Health Day (10th October 2015).

We are focusing on children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing.

We all have mental health and need to promote and protect our mental health in order to look after it. There are lots of ways we can do this.

Have you had your five a day for mental health? Check out our Poster on the Five Ways to Wellbeing.

Are you a young person? Are you a parent?

Check out these leaflets to support young people and parents on mental health:

Could you share this with friends and family?

Mind in Cambridgeshire and CCC will be building on this campaign work in a joint partnership over the next year, to develop a larger mental health anti-stigma campaign for children and young people.
