CPSL Mind is proud to provide the Cambridgeshire County Council-funded Wellbeing Service in Partnership with Richmond Fellowship.
Support for you in Cambridgeshire and St Neots
We can all experience poor wellbeing – for many different reasons – and sometimes it can be hard to know how to start to feel better. Our Wellbeing Service is here to help you identify where you need the support and work with you to get back on track.
We offer a personalised service where you can access one-to-one support, mentoring, peer support groups and skills-building workshops. Although based in Cambridge and St Neots, we also offer one-to-one support on an outreach basis in Ely, Huntingdon, Melbourn, Ramsey, Sawston, Sawtry, Soham and St Ives.
We can also link you in with other local organisations to work on areas which may fall outside of our expertise.
Support for you in Peterborough
The Recovery Programme is funded by Peterborough City Council and provides individual support to people experiencing mental health problems.
You will be offered a maximum of 6 one to one sessions with a Mental Health Recovery Worker, who will work with you to help you set achievable goals. These might be to regain confidence, meet people, or gain new skills. You may choose to attend Social Support Groups or learn how to become more organised.
This support is available free to anyone aged 18 to 65 living in Peterborough, and can support you if you are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress or other forms of poor mental health.
Whatever the goal may be, we ensure that you are the one leading your recovery. For more information, please call 01733 362990, or email email@example.com
Wellbeing Services in HMP Peterborough
There is significant evidence to suggest that 90% of people in the prison population are experiencing or have experienced a mental health problem. CPSL Mind are proud to be offering our in-reach Wellbeing and Recovery Service in partnership with HMP Peterborough.
The service is for people aged 18 to 64 who live in Cambridgeshire (excluding the Fenland area*) who are experiencing mental distress to the extent that it is impacting on their daily lives.
Please note that we are experiencing a high demand for our Wellbeing and Stepping Forward services at the moment and, regrettably, are unable to accept new referrals into these services right now.
We recognise how difficult this may be but there may be other organisations that can support you for now. Other local services that can provide support may be found at keep-your-head.com
Do please return to our site occasionally, as this is where we will give any updates.
Referrals into our Changing Lives Counselling and CBT services continue to be taken as usual.
The NHS First Response Service (FRS) for those in mental health crisis is available 24 hours a day and can be contacted by dialling 111, Option 2. For other emergency contacts, please visit our Need Help Now page.
