hotel chocolatCambridgeshire Peterborough and South Lincolnshire Mind (CPSL Mind) were thrilled to hear that St Neots based Hotel Chocolat had arranged for an amazing cake to be made using their own chocolates. The cake was raffled and raised a brilliant £163 for the local mental health charity.

Jonny Bannister, who organised the fundraiser said, “‘In support of mental health week, myself and the company wanted to support our local Mind charity, we collaborated with Liocebakes to create a prize winning Hotel Chocolat themed cake.
