Online Training

Mental health has never been so important and we know your workplace has had to adapt – and quickly. That’s why we have been working to develop and create a new flexible approach, ensuring we are able to support your workforce’s wellbeing during this difficult time.

Taking your staff wellbeing support and mental health knowledge online

Knowing how to look after our own wellbeing and being able to support others in our teams is of paramount importance during this challenging time.

We have a dedicated team of trainers who are experienced mental health professionals and are therefore able to provide you with practical tips and techniques that will work for your workforce. As your local mental health charity we are also able to provide you with up-to-date information of how our range of support can also be accessible to colleagues, families and friends.

The best part is, all income we receive is reinvested in our charity including providing direct services for people recovering from mental health problems.

We have some firm favourites in our training programme available to be delivered remotely and we have used this way of working as an opportunity to provide to you with a more flexible, bite-sized approach that may better suit remote working. You can find details of our available courses below.
