Lookout CallCambridgeshire, Peterborough and South Lincolnshire Mind (CPSL Mind) was delighted to receive a £500 cheque from the Cambridge based company, Lookout Call.

Lookout Call, a provider of automated lone worker support systems wanted to donate the money as they recognised the significant number of people today who are coping mental health problems.

Brian Caddy, Account Manager for Lookout Call said, “We were shocked to learn that over 6,000 people take their own lives in the UK every year. We wanted to donate to CPSL Mind as we want to help local people who are dealing with mental health problems and we also wanted to support the suicide prevention work which CPSL Mind do through their STOP Suicide Campaign.”

Zoe Doherty, Fundraiser for CPSL Mind said, “We are so grateful for this donation towards our work. Last year we supported over 2,000 local people in their recovery from mental health problems and Lookout Call’s support will help enable us to continue our much needed work – thank you so much for your support.”
