Volunteering

We offer a variety of volunteering opportunities for people who are passionate about mental health – and we actively encourage people who use or have used our services to get involved.

Volunteers are extremely important in contributing to all areas of our work from Peer Support to Counselling, from Campaigns to Administration and from Fundraising to Communications.

Rachel (pictured right) has volunteered with us for over 15 years and says

Volunteering gives you a purpose. Having a purpose in life is important and valuable and motivates us to do things. I go home and think ‘I’ve done something useful today’.

Read her story here.

If you are interested in any of the opportunities below or would like to discuss what you could bring to our organisation then we’d love to talk to you!

Campaign Makers

Campaign Makers

We are looking for proactive individuals interested in joining a growing social movement of Campaign Makers to spread the vital STOP Suicide Campaign message.

We want to empower you and give you the tools, skills and resources to make the impact you want to make in suicide prevention.

Examples of ways you could get involved include distributing posters and resources within your local community, sharing our posts on social media, attending local events and/or getting creative with blogs and vlogs. If you want to innovate something completely new then we’d be excited to hear from you too!

If you’re interested, please email campaigns@cpslmind.org.uk
