Good Mood Cafes
Everyone needs a mood boost occasionally which is why we’ve have teamed up with community cafes across the county to run our weekly Good Mood Cafes. These two hour informal ‘get togethers’ are designed to connect you to others within your community, offer wellbeing tips and share interests/skills. Qwell, a free online support and wellbeing community, as part of our Good Life Service, is here to help you stay well.
You can join immediately and anonymously through any connected device to gain access to online chat-based counselling, peer support forums, self-help resources and an online magazine.
Good Life Online
We are now bringing our Good Mood Cafes and Open Door calm spaces directly to you to participate in from home using Zoom video calls.
These sessions are aimed at encouraging community connectivity and increasing wellbeing skills. Visit Good Life Online for more information and details of how to sign up.
