If you work with young people in any sector – or you’re just interested in learning more about young people’s mental health, the symptoms of common mental health challenges and the skills needed to support a young person experiencing mental distress – this course will help you to support them and to guide them towards appropriate professional help.
Each section focuses on the issues faced by young people today, including bullying/cyber bullying and substance misuse. The course also teaches the importance of promoting wellbeing and protective factors.
This is a 2 day course, taking place on:
