CPSL Mind is proud to provide the Cambridgeshire County Council-funded Wellbeing Service in Partnership with Richmond Fellowship.
Support for you in Cambridgeshire and St Neots
We can all experience poor wellbeing – for many different reasons – and sometimes it can be hard to know how to start to feel better. Our Wellbeing Service is here to help you identify where you need the support and work with you to get back on track.
We offer a personalised service where you can access one-to-one support, mentoring, peer support groups and skills-building workshops. Although based in Cambridge and St Neots, we also offer one-to-one support on an outreach basis in Ely, Huntingdon, Melbourn, Ramsey, Sawston, Sawtry, Soham and St Ives.
We can also link you in with other local organisations to work on areas which may fall outside of our expertise.
Support for you in Peterborough
The Recovery Programme is funded by Peterborough City Council and provides individual support to people experiencing mental health problems.
You will be offered a maximum of 6 one to one sessions with a Mental Health Recovery Worker, who will work with you to help you set achievable goals. These might be to regain confidence, meet people, or gain new skills. You may choose to attend Social Support Groups or learn how to become more organised.
This support is available free to anyone aged 18 to 65 living in Peterborough, and can support you if you are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress or other forms of poor mental health.
Whatever the goal may be, we ensure that you are the one leading your recovery. For more information, please call 01733 362990, or email firstname.lastname@example.org

Support for someone else
We encourage self-referrals wherever possible but we understand people may need a helping hand. We will therefore accept referrals from professionals such as GPs and Care Co-ordinators.
Please note: we will then contact the person concerned to confirm that they wish to be referred to us and to offer an assessment interview.
The service is for people aged 18 to 64 who live in Cambridgeshire (excluding the Fenland area*) who are experiencing mental distress to the extent that it is impacting on their daily lives.
