Stepping Forward Project Worker

Main Objective: To deliver our Stepping Forward Service. The service has been designed to fit into the community pathways for Affective Disorder, Psychosis and Personality Disorder to ensure people are able to access a range of support options (including Hearing Voices) relevant to their needs at all points of their Recovery Journey.
You will be integral to ensuring the service offers transitional time limited support and navigation for people receiving services to be discharged from Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Foundation Trust (CPFT) services. Specifically their Psychosis pathway, Personality Disorder pathway and Affective Disorders Pathways.
Location: Office based at Peterborough office and in community locations throughout Peterborough and Fenland areas but not limited to.
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Salary: NJC Scale 18 £18,070 pro rata
Gypsy & Traveller Community Builder

Main Objective: To increase community resilience by connecting and empowering residents within the Gypsy and Traveller community of South Cambridgeshire and raising awareness of issues related to mental health and wellbeing.
Location: Cambridgeshire (Majority of work will take place on Traveller sites of South Cambridgeshire)
Based at our Cambridge Office
Hours: 21 hours per week (Working occasional evenings and weekends)
Term: 1 year Fixed Contract
Salary: NJC scale 26-28 £22,937 – £24,472 (£12,845 – £13,704 pro rata)
Part-Time Mental Health Support Worker
Main Objective: To enable people who have moderate to severe mental health needs to maintain and develop their mental and physical wellbeing both in their home and in community settings.
Location: The service covers the whole of Cambridgeshire although it is anticipated that you will be working mainly in the main towns and surrounding villages.
Hours: This service will require flexible hours of working which may include evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
Salary: An hourly rate of between £7.92 and £9.46 (inclusive of benefits).
